ORIGIN™ MR operating software incorporates an easy-to-use graphical user interface, enabling operator efficiency. The layout intuitively guides the operator from patient registration through image archiving. An integrated image quality calculator informs the technologist of the impact parameter changes will have upon the image. Intelligent parameter guidance further facilitates scan efficiency by displaying the appropriate options to begin scanning.
Echelon's state-of-the-art magnet delivers the high homogeneity critical for today's applications. The standard per patient higher order active shim enables optimized general image quality and uniform RF fat saturation. Echelon’s spacious gantry enables a broad range of patient body types to be comfortably scanned. The high-capacity table, with over 9 feet of table travel, facilitates patient positioning, allowing feet first positioning for virtually any examination. The table lowers to 19.5 inches for easy ingress and egress.
Echelon's standard 33/150 gradients deliver the capability for rapid acquisition of high-resolution images. The high peak strength and fast slew rate allow the user to select short TE times, small FOV, thin slices and high matrices.
The 8x48 scalable RF system delivers high signal-to-noise, excellent uniformity and the ability to manage multiple RF coils. With multiple table top coil plug-in points, RAPID™ parallel imaging and a wide range of premium coils, Echelon is poised to meet your clinical needs.
