History: Right breast mass.
Findings: “Right breast @ 9 o’clock.” Sections from the breast biopsy show fibrofatty tissue with fat necrosis with a few isolated inflammatory cells and histiocytes. No evidence of malignant changes identified and no evidence of calcifications is seen. No breast tissue for evaluation is present.
Diagnosis: Breast, right 9 o’clock position, biopsy: Fibrofatty tissue with focal fat necrosis no evidence of breast tissue.
