History: Vaginal Spotting.
Findings: There is a gestational sac in the uterus. It measures 3.7 cm which corresponds with dates of 7 weeks 3 days by gestational age. By LMP fetus should be 9 weeks 2 days. At this time there is no fetal pole observed and no fetal heart tones observed. There is no yolk sac.
