As Territorial Sales Manager for the Company your duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the pursuit of sales of the Company’s products and services, demonstrating the Company’s software products, performing the sales process as outlined in your Employment Agreement, and complying with the Company’s Quality Management System, and other assigned duties related to Company’s products and services. Company’s target markets include physician practices and hospitals.
Use best and ongoing efforts to market, promote, solicit and close sales orders using the Company’s defined sales process for the Company’s software solution, Hardware and Maintenance offered for sale by the Company’s products and service. Qualify leads, perform demonstrations to potential customers, manage the sales process, coordinate with the Company’s resources to pursue potential sales opportunities with lead decision-makers, and build and present a quotation. Negotiate the terms of the sale with customer based on the Company’s home office-approved guidelines and Company pricing matrices; close the sale, including without limitation, obtaining from customer a purchase agreement, executed by customer, of form and content satisfactory to the company, and delivery of said purchase agreement to Company. Comply with all directives of the Company regarding sales meetings (and attendance at sales meetings), goals, targets and requirements. Employee will be responsible for providing weekly reports to Company’s management in the form, with required detail, and using the means and/or technology established by the Company from time to time. Employee reports will include at a minimum information regarding weekly sales calls, scheduled demonstrations, follow-up leads, and other business development performed by Employee for Company.
