
Hitachi gives you a great deal of help and support with applications to ensure you get the most out of your MR system. Our training is thorough, yet very concise. We also make sure your technologists keep current with the latest MR developments and enhancements. The more knowledgeable your personnel, the higher your patient throughput.
On-site startup support
At startup time, you will receive extensive applications training for up to three technologists right at your facility. It’s a comprehensive five-day program that covers system configuration, operation, imaging protocols and performance testing, as well as a detailed overview of other vital MR subjects such as patient management and safety.
On-site follow-up support
If you’re under warranty or have an SMA, you’re eligible for on-site follow-up training at no additional charge. Scheduled on an as-needed basis, this instruction is available to aid in refining technologists’ MR skills and to assure they keep current with new MR concepts and advanced capabilities.

System enhancement training
As part of our ongoing program of software enhancements, a user training package is included, so your MR staff can quickly learn your system’s newest capabilities and put them to use in day-to-day clinical situations.
Hitachi Institute for Technologists (HITS)
To train technicians, we offer The Hitachi Institute for MR Technologists (HITS), in-house training programs exclusively for MR technologists from Hitachi MR customer sites. Attendance is free to new customers as well as those with existing Service Agreements.
