Hitachi Medical Systems America offers the HITS course for Echelon and Oasis customers. The course consists of two sessions. Session I is a basic MR refresher, consisting of three lectures that review Physics and Pulse Sequences. Session II includes multiple classroom lectures with up-to-date information on Safety, Artifacts, Echelon and Oasis Consoles and Coils, Imaging Parameters, Advanced Imaging Techniques, and MRA methods. Hands-on scanning sessions are incorporated to reinforce classroom principles, as well as to allow technologists the opportunity to scan on the Echelon or Oasis systems. Note: Attendance at both Sessions I and II entitles customers to 14 Category A CE credits, as approved by the ASRT.
